"The murder of Dennis Donaldson, most likely, despite all denials, by those Sinn Hain told us had given up violence for good and totally decomissioned, is a sharp rebuke to those who would sleepwalk Ulster into government with Sinn Fein. If Trimble still led Unionism then another UUP/Sinn Fein Executive would be collapsing tonight. The DUP's scepticism is justified again. Now is the time to again press for advance by true democrats, leaving Sinn Fein behind."
