Allister slams Blair climbdown

Commenting on the EU Budget deal, DUP MEP JIM ALLISTER said:-
Tony Blair has done it again sold out British interests. Contrary to his pre-Summit affirmations he has caved in on:
a bigger Budget for spendthrift Europe;
surrendered over £7 Billion of the British Rebate;
settled for a mere promise to review, not change, how the EU spends our billions;
committed the UK as a huge net contributor for another 7 years, while other nations can continue to sponge off our generosity and our basic national services in health and education are squeezed at every turn.
He may look good to the beneficiaries of his largess, but in the
looks weak.
