Another Jobs Blow for North Antrim

Statement by North Antrim MLA Jim Allister:“The loss of another 147 jobs due to the difficulties in the North Antrim based Joseph Hughes Group is deeply disappointing.
“I was aware that following the appointment of administrators to Patton many subcontractors feared for their future. This was something which I highlighted at the time. Unfortunately such fears have now been realised.
“I am afraid that this Christmas looks set to be an unhappy one not only for those who lost their jobs today but also for their families.”
