Comments Rich Coming from Someone Found Liable for Ignoring Anti-Discrimination Laws

Responding to Conor Murphy’s claim that Danny Kennedy ignored legal advice North Antrim MLA Jim Allister said:
“Muphy’s comments about Danny Kennedy “ignoring” legal advice are rich coming from someone who has been found liable for ignoring anti-discrimination laws.
“As a result of written questions, I have been able to establish at a similar pattern of anti-Protestant bias exists within the Sinn Fein controlled departments of Agriculture and Culture.
“On foot of this data I wrote to both the Commissioner for Public Appointments and the head of the Northern Ireland Civil Service asking them to investigate just why it is that a Roman Catholic applicant is more than twice as likely as a Protestant applicant to be appointed in some Sinn Fein departments.
“I await their replies with interest.”
