Allister Challenges Sinn Fein to Condemn Theft of Signs

Statement by North Antrim MLA Jim Allister:
“Yesterday I welcomed DRD Minister Danny Kennedy’s decision to erect “Welcome to Northern Ireland” signs, something which Arlen Foster and OFMdFM failed to do when I pressed them on the issue some years ago.
“Now that two of the signs in Co Fermanagh have been stolen it behoves Road Service to replace them immediately. They cannot allow criminals to get away with this.
“It is also incumbent upon Sinn Fein/IRA MLA Phil Flanagan to immediately condemn this criminal action and call for those responsible to hand themselves in and return the signs.
“We are told that Sinn Fein now supposedly support the rule of law. Let’s see evidence of this.”
