New Wrightbus order strongly welcomed

TUV Leader Jim Allister has welcomed the good news from Wrightbus of another major order for the Galgorm factory.

In a statement Jim Allister said, “Wrightbus for many years has been a rock of employment in North Antrim. This further order underscores again its success in a very competitive market and, happily, strengthens the employment base locally in these tough times. The order not only secures employment in Wrights, but its positive ripple effect through supply companies is also greatly welcome.

“I, therefore, congratulate the management and workers at Wrightbus for all the hard work which went into winning this order. Once more they have done a magnificent job and continue to be a beacon of steady employment at a time of falling job opportunities.”
