Where's our Budget?

Statement by TUV leader Jim Allister:
"As the Scottish Government announces its budget it seems not unreasonable to ask where Northern Ireland's is.
"We lag behind the rest of the United Kingdom thanks to its dysfunctional government. A government formed not on the basic of an agreed policy platform or because of a genuine desire to work together but with departments allocated in a sectarian carve up has, once again, proven itself to be incapable of delivery for the people of Northern Ireland.
“Stormont needs radical reform. We need a genuine form of power sharing which can deliver for all our people, not just the politicians.”
