"Many congratulations to Prince William and Kate Middleton on their engagement.
"The upcoming Royal Wedding should be a joyous occasion across the nation. I'm sure all people of goodwill in this part of the Kingdom will join in wishing our future King and his bride every happiness and a long and happy life together. It is appropriate that both the central government and the regional governments across the UK should join in celebrating and marking this happy event, with a suitable and official wedding gift from the Stormont Government on behalf of the people of Northern Ireland."
