Here we go again! More pandering to terrorists.

13 August 2010

Commenting on reports of fresh negotiations with IRA terrorist groups, TUV Leader Jim Allister said:-

"Just as the 1990s negotiations with the IRA salvaged them from the security defeat which they were facing and bestowed political reward upon them, so negotiations with the current terrorist murderers of the IRA would be both utterly wrong and lead to more terror, as again terrorists would see that violence pays.

"Instead the total focus should be on the complete defeat of terrorists, whatever their label.

"I, therefore, warn against repetition of the folly of seeking to placate the insatiable demands of republican terrorism. It would be no surprise that McGuinness and Sinn Fein would encourage such madness as a drip feed of concessions to republicanism fits perfectly with their agenda."
