Allister comments on scandal in RC Church

Statement by Jim Allister:-
The hurt and anguish of victims is evident and requires sympathy and respect. But as the inquiry into sexual abuse in the Roman Catholic Church reveals the depth of that abuse and the wanton failure to deal with it, it is timely to ask again how far this culture of secrecy and coverup was facilitated and encouraged by an official Vatican directive,‘Crimen Sollicitationis’ ?
