Allister challenges Finance Minister on cost of Executive "spin doctors"

“I note Sammy Wilson MP has been complaining about the excessive cost of NIO spin doctors. He is right to do so, but what about the 92 such people employed in the NI Executive Information Office, where numbers have shot up dramatically since devolution returned? This is something Mr Wilson as Finance Minister can do something about, so, what are his plans?
“And, then there are the multiple “special advisors” to each of the Executive Ministers, with no less than 8 in OFMDFM. Would the Finance Minister like to reveal how much they are costing the taxpayers, something which has been concealed since May 2007?"
