Statement by Jim Allister MEP in response to the European Election:-
“Yesterday we had a tremendous vote, which was the product of so much hard work by so many volunteers across the Province. The dedication of our band of workers was truly humbling for me as the candidate.
Our workers deserved the reward of winning the seat, but make no mistake, TUV is the success story of this election. We have demonstrated a depth and breadth of support which provides a marvelous and firm foundation for the future and upcoming electoral challenges. We will be there to again give voice to the tens of thousands of Unionists who will not be rolled over by IRA/Sinn Fein rule, nor cowed in our opposition to terrorists in government, nor those who put them there.
Ours is a proud and noble tradition and we will defend it with vigour and purpose.
My appeal now is to our grassroots support to join their local TUV branch and get involved. This is how we can build an even better election-fighting machine, which will be required for the Westminster and Assembly elections. We must strengthen our Party across the Province because we are the only Party prepared to stand firm for traditional Unionist values.
I thank you for your support to date and look forward to even greater victories in the future.”
