President Klaus visits the Lion's den

Outspoken EU critic, Vaclav Klaus, President of the Czech Republic, today addressed the European Parliament.
To the great annoyance of the europhile majority of MEPs he didn't mince his words of criticism for EU structures and direction. Jim Allister was among the Eurosceptic minority which gave a warm welcome to his strictures.
