What about the AK 47?

Statement by TUV Leader Jim Allister MEP:-
The charging of Padraig Trainor with possession of an AK 47 rifle raises important questions for Sinn Fein and the political process in general.
1. Is Trainor a Sinn Fein member, or a member of any other part of "the republican movement"?
2. How, in light of decommissioning supposedly being "complete", was there an AK 47 available for anyone to be in possession of in November 2007?
3. When did Conor Murphy part with Trainor's services as a driver? Was it only after his premises were searched and this weapon found in November 2007?
4. Till then was he in receipt of any public funds as part of the bizarre arrangement whereby Sinn Fein Ministers are permitted to "employ" their own drivers? Perhaps, the DFP Minister would like to explain.
Just as the Quinn murder was whitewashed, so I suspect the mutual interest of the DUP and Sinn Fein in concealing the full truth of this matter will equally come into play.
